Have knowledge to share? Prepare your slides and become a chapter presenter. Use the feedback from you fellow members to improve your presentation before you present at a conference such as the STC Summit.
Serve as a TaP expert:
Share your experience for one hour in a mentoring session with a newcomer interested in your profession.
Form a chapter specialty sub-group:
Interested in a specific area, for example, Rapid eLearning, Translation, Plain Language? Get together a group of fellow enthusiasts and hold at least three meetings during the activity year. We'll help with publicity and locations.
