One Day Core PMI workshop8:15 am - 9:00 am - Registration & Breakfast9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Workshop This course introduces the core concepts of project management as outlined in the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Using a hands-on approach, it helps the participants identify key project indicators, plan and track the progress of their projects, create successful project communication channels and institute a project team culture that produces individual as well as team results. Participants will experience teamwork and obtain practical insights into planning and implementing project plans. Further, participants will develop their project management style based on best practices. Gain the knowledge to apply project management to real life situations!
