This Chapter maintains only two e-mailing lists:

• Member E-Mail Notification Service — This is a general list for broadcasting STC and Chapter related information (meeting announcements, banquet info, STC policy info, etc.).



• Officer E-Mail Notification Service — This list is for Chapter officers, managers and volunteers, and is for broadcasting notifications for this special audience which are not intended for the general membership.



• Job Listing Notification Service — This list is an opt-in list for members who wish to receive email notifications of job postings made by headhunters and companies (see the Job Posting Summary page). You can join this list from the Home Page under the Manager Your Career section.

E-Mail Notification Service Policy

1. ALL INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL!
   Your e-mail address WILL NOT BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED to ANYONE.



2. Note that the service is for e-mail broadcast only and will be used to announce special chapter events and programs.



3. If you encounter any problems with any email service, please notify the Chapter Webmaster immediately.



4. Email addresses for this service are obtained from the Chapter's membership database and persons who volunteer to be added (they may or may not be Chapter or STC members). All membership changes, including email addresses, should be made through the Membership Directory on the STC International Web site.



5. Only announcements deemed appropriate by the Chapter Council will be sent via this list. Questionable announcement requests will be discussed by the Council and broadcast only on the basis of consensus consistent with this policy.
